   Apostle Carolyn L. Hicks is determined to spread the Gospel of Christ throughout the world along with helping God's people in their time of need.  In doing so, Deliverance Jesus Is Coming Victor Center, Inc. has begun reaching out into Uganda, East Africa.

   Currently the village churches are facing many major problems.  They are facing the rain season which includes high winds.  With the roof and the walls not complete, it is impossible for the people to sit on the wood benches, which become weak and break down.  The village people are so hungry for the Lord they walk for days or ride rickety old buses to come to worship together. Think about that, many of us with all the luxuries we have here in America, will not even ride in an brand new air condition heated car to Church on time. 

   There is no electricity, yet the intercessors come faithfully every morning from 3:00 am to 6:45 am to pray.

   People are dying at enormous rates due to the increasing rate of people being affected with HIV virus.  Because the number of such people is so tremendous, children become orphans.  They need shelter, health care, transportation, education and job training.  Pastor Daniels Banja is doing his best under difficult circumstances to assist God's people and transform the villages.

   Apostle Carolyn L.
